1990～ 1998年间对我院住院治疗的 5 2例结核性脑膜炎(简称结脑 )进行总结分析。1 对象和方法1.1 观察对象 本组男 35例 ,女 17例。 2～ 19岁 9例 ,2 0～ 5 9岁 38例 ,6 0～ 79岁 5例。以上 5 2例均符合下列临床诊断标准 :1部分有密切的结核接触史 ;2可有肺部或肺外结核灶 ;
During 1990 to 1998, 52 cases of tuberculous meningitis (abbreviated as tuberculous meningitis) hospitalized in our hospital were analyzed. 1 objects and methods 1.1 observed objects The group of 35 males and 17 females. 9 cases were from 2 to 19 years old, 38 cases were from 20 to 59 years old and 5 cases were from 60 to 79 years old. The above 52 cases are in line with the following clinical diagnostic criteria: 1 part of the close contact history of tuberculosis; 2 may have pulmonary or extrapulmonary tuberculosis;
