血清Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶在转移性骨肿瘤中的应用

目的探讨检测血清Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽(pyridinoline-cross-linked carboxyterminal telopeptide of typeⅠcol-lagen,ⅠCTP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(bone-specific alkaline phosphatase,B-AKP)在诊断转移性骨肿瘤中的作用。方法收集我院转移性骨肿瘤患者血清49例,无骨转移恶性肿瘤患者血清56例和健康人群血清50例,测定血清ⅠCTP、B-AKP浓度。结果转移性骨肿瘤患者组血清ⅠCTP值明显高于无骨转移组和健康对照组(P均<0.001),无骨转移组和健康对照组之间无差异(P=0.071);血清B-AKP值在骨转移性肿瘤患者中明显高于无骨转移组和健康对照(P均<0.001),无骨转移组和健康对照组之间无差异(P=0.45);两者联合诊断转移性骨肿瘤的敏感度为91.8%,特异度为88.0%。结论血清ⅠCTP、B-AKP联合检测用于转移性骨肿瘤的诊断可以增加敏感度,具有重要的辅助诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum level of collagen Ⅰ (C Ⅰ) and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (B-AKP) in the diagnosis of metastatic typeⅠcollagen- The role of bone tumors. Methods Serum samples of 49 patients with metastatic bone tumor, 56 serum samples without bone metastases and 50 serum samples from healthy people were collected for determination of the serum concentrations of CTP and B-AKP. Results The serum level of CTC in patients with metastatic bone tumor was significantly higher than that in the non-bone metastasis group and the healthy control group (all P <0.001), but there was no difference between the bone metastasis group and the healthy control group (P = 0.071) (P <0.001). There was no difference between the group without bone metastasis and the healthy control group (P = 0.45). The combination of the two in the diagnosis of metastatic bone Tumor sensitivity was 91.8%, specificity was 88.0%. Conclusions The combined detection of serum CTC and B-AKP for the diagnosis of metastatic bone tumors can increase the sensitivity and has important value in diagnosis.
