中国非金属矿工业总公司一九八七年九月二十二日至二十四日,在蒙阴召开了全国金刚石工业发展战略研讨会。地矿部地矿司、山东、辽宁、湖南地矿局、国家建材局政策法规司、政策研究中心、规划院、地质公司、以及有关科研、设计、院校、新闻、企业、主管部门等三十个单位的代表出席了会议。这次会议对振兴我国金刚石工业,必将起到积极促进作用。现将会议讨论的主要问题纪要如下:
China Non-metallic Mining Industry Corporation held a seminar on the national diamond industry development strategy in Mengyin from September 22 to 24, 1987. Ministry of Geology and Minerals Division, Shandong, Liaoning, Hunan Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, State Bureau of Building Materials Policy and Law Division, Policy Research Center, Planning Institute, Geological Company, and related scientific research, design, institutions, news, business, Ten units of representatives attended the meeting. The meeting to revitalize the diamond industry in our country, will play an active role in promoting. The main issues discussed in the meeting are as follows:
