MB—Z型个体粉尘采样器是一种连续测定总粉尘浓度的仪器。它可由生产工人佩戴,测定全工班工人实际接触粉尘的平均浓度,也可放在固定点或移动的产尘机械上,测定长时间环境粉尘平均浓度。测定结果可作为评价粉尘对人体危害的主要依据和反映粉尘对环境的污染程度。该仪器体积小(122×93×44mm)重量轻(590g),结构简单,携带方便,仪器本体无需装配流量计,即可使全工班采样流量达到基本稳定,并能得出总采气量。仪器采样头结构新颖,基本解决了采样夹具内壁沉降粉尘的问题。采用新方法安装滤膜,减少了采样头体积和阻力。
MB-Z-type individual dust sampler is a continuous determination of total dust concentration instrument. It can be worn by the production workers to measure the average concentration of workers actually exposed to dust in the whole working class. It can also be placed on a fixed point or moving dust-producing machinery to measure the average concentration of environmental dust over a long period of time. The test results can be used as the main basis for evaluating the hazard of dust on the human body and reflect the degree of dust pollution on the environment. The instrument has the advantages of small size (122 × 93 × 44mm), light weight (590g), simple structure and convenient carrying. The instrument body does not need to be equipped with a flowmeter, so that the sampling flow of the whole working class can be basically stabilized and the total gas production can be obtained. The new structure of the sampling head of the instrument basically solves the problem of dust settling on the inner wall of the sampling fixture. The new method to install the filter, reducing the sampling head size and resistance.
