本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,结合我国CBA近十几年来引进和管理外援的现状,具体从外援选秀制度、外援薪金、外援上场时间以及外援管理的现状等几个方面分析,找出我国CBA引进外援和管理外援存在的问题,并提出相关改进措施,为我国CBA引进和管理外援提供相关建议。
In this paper, through literature review, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, combined with the status quo of foreign aid introduction and management in the past ten years in China, the author studies the current situation of foreign aid drafting system, foreign aid salaries, foreign aid playing time and the status of foreign aid management Analyze and find out the problems existing in China’s foreign aid introduction and foreign aid management and propose relevant improvement measures to provide relevant suggestions for China’s CBA to introduce and manage foreign aid.
