目的 观察牛磺酸与参麦联合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的作用机理及其临床疗效。方法 10 7例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组。治疗组在给予常规治疗的同时 ,加用牛磺酸颗粒剂与参麦注射液。观察治疗前后症状、体征、心电图及心肌酶的改变 ,评估牛磺酸与参麦合用治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的效果。结果 对照组与治疗组症状、体征、心电图及心肌酶均有改善 ,但治疗组的改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 牛磺酸与参麦合用对治疗急性病毒性心肌炎有协同作用 ,效果明显。
Objective To observe the mechanism of taurine and shenmai combined treatment of acute viral myocarditis and its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 107 children with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group given conventional treatment at the same time, add taurine granules and Shenmai injection. The changes of symptoms, signs, electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymes before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the effect of taurine combined with shenmai in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Results The symptoms, signs, electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial enzymes were improved in the control group and the treatment group, but the improvement in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Combination of taurine and Shenmai has a synergistic effect on the treatment of acute viral myocarditis with obvious effect.
