同志们好!我这个算不了什么报告,就是把几年来的一些想法提出来,跟同志们交换交换意见,这是来这里的第一个目的。第二个目的,青海省有很多东西值得我学习,一些同志的报告展现了青海地质界几年来所取得的重要成果。这些成果将为提高我国地质科研水平做出贡献。这些成果来之不易,是青海广大地质工作者辛勤劳动的结晶。我向战斗在青海高原的地质工作者们表示敬意,同时也向为召开这次大会而忙碌的同志们表示谢意。还需要说明的是,中国地质学会理事长黄汲清教授收到了青海地质学会的邀请信,但是他来不了。他今年七十五岁了,也很想跟同志们见见面,但是,他从美国访问刚刚回来。需要整理,需要汇报。另一方面,地层会议也使他走不开,所以他一再交待:让我向青海地质学会说明情况,转达他对大会的祝贺,并向到会的同志们表示问候!青海省地质学会给我们地质所写的信,点了两个题目让我来做,我这次是来交卷的。我跑了几年野外,也看了一点资料。有这样两个问题,常常引起我的思考,在坐的各位都是有实践经验的战士,可能也会碰到这样两个问题,不妨提出来,大家一起思考。
