多发性骨髓瘤(MM)好发于老年人,是许多国家发病率均居第2位的血液系统恶性肿瘤,约占血液系统恶性肿瘤的10%。MM患者血浆中大量的M蛋白产生,尤其是IgA易聚合成多聚体,增加了血液黏稠度,大量的免疫球蛋白还黏附在红细胞上,血浆中大量的M蛋白干扰了血型的反定型和抗体筛查,甚至影响到交叉配血等〔1〕,现将遇到此种情况输血前试验的处理办法总结如下。
