中国智库研究由于起步较晚,在智库研究方法上有待提升。加强科学发展观视野的智库研究方法创新,应掌握综合梳理方法,用好用足政策;掌握比较分析方法,发挥比较优势;掌握非均衡性方法,统筹兼顾。今后一段时间,智库研究要发挥更大的功用,须抬头看路,突出国际视野和宏观思维;谋划思路,突出主流问题导向;活化出路,突出智库竞争力、公信力、传播力,进而提升智库影响力。
Due to the late start of the research on Chinese think tanks, the research methods of think tanks need to be improved. To strengthen the innovation of research methods of think tanks in the field of scientific development, we should master the comprehensive combing method, make good use of the foot-use policies, grasp the comparative analysis methods and exert the comparative advantages, and grasp the non-equilibrium methods to make overall plans. For some time to come, the study of think tanks should play a bigger role and must look up the road, highlighting international perspectives and macroscopic thinking, formulating ideas and emphasizing the orientation of the mainstream issues, activating outlets, highlighting the competitiveness, credibility and communication power of think tanks and further enhancing the influence of think tanks force.
