近年来,我国农村教育虽然有了很大的改善,但是仍存在着许多的问题,从整体上来看,我国农村教育发展较低,城乡教育存在着明显的差异.农村教育是农村发展的基础力量,也是农村发展状况的重要体现,是我国基础教育体系的重要组成部分.自改革开放以来,我国农村教育在义务教育普及下、教育投入、办学模式等方面取得了可叹的成就;但是随着教育管理体制的确立以及农村税费改革的实施,我国农村教育的教育理念、教育经费、师资队伍、教师工资待遇、教学内容和教学设备等方面都在存在不可忽视的问题,而这些现实的问题也就严重影响着农村教育的质量和发展.
