教师必须独具匠心,针对小学生的心理和生理特点,精心设计,更新观念,常教常新,通过激发学生学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯,设计对话交流形式的操练模式,配以多种的形成性评价的方法,可以有效的提高40分钟的课堂教学的效果,促进教学质量的稳步提高。
Teachers must be original in originality. They should carefully design and update their concepts according to the psychology and physiology of primary school students. They should always learn new ideas and develop good study habits by stimulating students’ interest in learning. They should also design a practice mode of dialogue and communication with a variety of formativeness The evaluation method can effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching for 40 minutes and promote the steady improvement of teaching quality.
