Cultural exchanges have to withstand the filtration of their own cultures and produce a new trait full of the spirit of the times. It is what we often say, a kind of age-like light that shines on so that the cultural characteristics of all ethnic groups will show a new glorious age. The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has formulated a program of building a strong socialist country with culture around the theme of promoting the great development and flourishing of the socialist culture and pointedly and clearly pointed out the guiding ideology of the Plenary Session to promote the development of the socialist cultural industry.
