目的:探讨干扰素对单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法:对照组给予1%阿昔洛韦眼液滴眼治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予α-2b重组干扰素结膜下注射。结果:治疗组在治愈时间上优于对照组,治疗组有效率91.94%,对照组有效率81.87%;治疗组复发率3.50%,对照组复发率8.16%。两组比较有统计学差异。结论:干扰素治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎具有治愈率高和复发率低的优点。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of interferon on herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: The control group was treated with 1% acyclovir eye drops. The treatment group was given α-2b interferon subconjunctival injection on the basis of the control group. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in healing time. The effective rate was 91.94% in the treatment group and 81.87% in the control group. The recurrence rate was 3.50% in the treatment group and 8.16% in the control group. The two groups were statistically different. Conclusion: Interferon treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis has the advantages of high cure rate and low recurrence rate.
