目的:分析门诊原发性高血压患者药物治疗依从性的影响因素。方法:选择2013年1月至2015年6月本院收治的原发性高血压患者500例进行研究,通过问卷调查的形式,观察其药物治疗依从性,并根据依从性将其分为依从性好组、依从性差组,对其临床资料进行分析总结,对影响门诊原发性高血压患者药物治疗依从性的相关因素进行分析。结果:500例患者中,有342例患者未按医嘱坚持服药,治疗依从性差率为68.4%。经单因素和多因素分析后发现,门诊原发性高血压患者的药物治疗依从性的影响因素为临床症状不明显、药物不良反应明显、家属监督不力、文化程度低、健康宣教不力、经济收入低、用药不方便等。结论:门诊原发性高血压患者的药物治疗依从性较差,主要和临床症状、药物不良反应、家属监督力度、文化程度、健康宣教、经济收入低、用药便利性有关。
Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of drug treatment compliance in outpatients with essential hypertension. Methods: From January 2013 to June 2015, 500 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital were selected for study. The compliance of drug treatment was observed by questionnaire and divided into compliance according to compliance Good group, poor compliance group, its clinical data analysis and summary, the impact of outpatient essential hypertension drug treatment compliance factors were analyzed. Results: Of the 500 patients, 342 patients did not adhere to their medical advice and the treatment compliance rate was 68.4%. Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of drug treatment compliance in outpatients with essential hypertension were obvious clinical symptoms, obvious adverse drug reactions, poor supervision of family members, low educational level, ineffective health education, and economic income Low, inconvenient medication and so on. Conclusion: Outpatients with essential hypertension have poor compliance with drug treatment, mainly related to clinical symptoms, adverse drug reactions, family supervision, educational level, health education, low economic income and convenience of medication.
