古方药量考证

古今医家对古代方剂用量作了很多考证,至今尚无定论。不过,汉晋时代的权衡肯定比现在小,所以那时剂量较大。本题解仍录用原剂量,目的在于了解古方配伍意义、用药比重、变化原因等。处方应用时除了根据考证的量制折算,更重要的是依据临床具体病情的需要来决定。汉时十黍为一铢、六铢为一分、四分为一两、十六两为一斤。宋以后,改用十进累计,即十毫为原,十厘为分,十钱为两,积 Ancient and modern doctors have made many researches on the amount of ancient prescriptions, and no conclusions have been reached yet.
