眼眶横纹肌肉瘤是儿童常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,但成人极少见,据查至今国内仅报道7例,我院于1986年收治一例,现报告如下。 [病历摘要]患者王某,女性,37岁,家庭妇女。左眼球逐渐前突伴胀痛半年,症状加重伴视物模糊、头痛四个月。于1986年2月27日入院。检查:血压17.3/10.7Kpa(130/80mm Hg)。视力:右1.0,左0.8,左眼球向正前方突出,眼裂明显增大,眼睑轻度肿胀,颞侧结膜充血水肿,结膜下血管充盈,角膜透明,前房消,瞳孔正常大小。
