Cervical cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women [1]. High-risk HPV E6 and E7 proto-oncogene induced DNA synthesis in undifferentiated cells [2], which mediated the occurrence of cervical cancer. Further studies showed that E6 and E7 genes of HPV16 and HPV18 are closely related to cervical cancer [3]. The complex relationship between viruses and cellular genes has a necessary relationship with the difficult regulation of cell cycle control and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer susceptibility
