寿桃是大桃的变种,树形低矮,枝叶紧凑,花色鲜艳,花朵密集,花期长,是集观花、观果、食用于一身的家庭盆植珍品。但由于易流树胶,易遭蚜虫危害,寿命短,一度受人冷落。我经多年摸索,采用樱桃做砧嫁接,避免了上述弊端,且能提前生长开花,做到当年育砧,当年嫁接,当年上盆,当年开花,并使果实具有樱桃风味。具体做法是: 一.选砧我避开杏、桃等易流胶的传统砧木,独选樱桃。樱桃是寿桃的近缘,皮层厚,根系发达,亲和力强,嫁接寿桃愈合快,且生长温度比寿桃低,能早生长早开花。据观察:在山东郯城樱桃惊蜇后3～7天开花,杏花晚开15天,桃花又比杏花晚开10多天。采
