目的探讨沟通技巧在小儿脑瘫康复护理方面的应用效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年4月于该院接受治疗的72脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,对比采用常规康复护理(对照组,36例)与在常规康复护理基础上增加采用沟通技巧(观察组,36例)的护理有效率差异及对患儿生活能力的改善情况。结果在对该组研究所选取的72例脑瘫患儿采取了相应的康复护理措施后,其中观察组患儿的护理有效率达到了94.44%,明显高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时在对两组患儿的生活能力比较方面,观察组患儿护理后的生活能力评分达到了(76.5±8.4)分,对照组则为(61.1±8.5)分,观察组明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将沟通技巧应用于小儿脑瘫康复护理过程中,能够显著提高护理质量,改善患儿的生活能力,可在临床上予以推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of communication skills in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 72 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study. Compared with the conventional rehabilitation nursing (control group, 36 cases) and the conventional rehabilitation nursing, the use of communication skills (observation Group, 36 cases) effective nursing care and children’s ability to improve the living conditions. Results 72 cases of children with cerebral palsy selected by this study group took corresponding rehabilitation nursing measures, the nursing efficiency of the observation group reached 94.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.22%), the difference was statistically significant (76.5 ± 8.4) in the observation group and (61.1 ± 8.5) in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of communication skills in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy process can significantly improve the quality of care and improve the living ability of children can be clinically promoted.
