目的探讨恶性肿瘤介入治疗后对疼痛及镇痛的临床效果。方法选取2015-01-2015-12期间我院收治的恶性肿瘤患者126例,将两组患者平均分为两组,每组63例患者,对照组患者进行常规治疗,研究组患者进行介入治疗,在治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经统计接受介入治疗的患者疼痛发生率较对照组患者有了显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在对恶性肿瘤患者进行止痛的过程中,介入治疗对缓解患者疼痛感效果显著,临床上可以推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of pain and analgesia after interventional treatment of malignant tumors. Methods A total of 126 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients in two groups were equally divided into two groups, 63 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated routinely. Patients in the study group received interventional therapy, After treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The incidence of pain was significantly lower in the patients treated with interventional therapy than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of analgesic treatment of malignant tumor patients, interventional therapy has a significant effect on alleviating the pain sensation in patients and can be used clinically.
