本文简要介绍了现代化电力企业客户关系管理的现状,并提出了加强电力企业客户关系管理的几点对策,希望电力企业能够重视客户关系的管理,提高客户关系管理的水平。
This article briefly introduces the current situation of customer relationship management in modern electric power enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen customer relationship management in electric power enterprises.
