用种子聚合法合成核壳型丙烯酸酯复合乳液,并转化成水溶胶。测定玻璃化温度(Tg)对核壳型复合乳液进行表征。考察了聚合方法、丙烯酸用量、氨化温度等对乳液及其水溶胶的影响。结果表明,用种子聚合法制得丙烯酸酯复合乳液,力学稳定性好、氨化后水溶胶透明度高;丙烯酸用量对水溶胶性能有较大影响,用量过多,胶膜耐水性差,过少,氨化困难;氨化温度对成胶也有明显影响。研究了水溶胶的流变性,结果表明,水溶胶粘度随着剪切速率的增大而下降。本研究制得的水溶胶膜具有较优异的综合性能。
Core-shell acrylate composite emulsions were synthesized by seed polymerization and converted to hydrosol. The glass transition temperature (Tg) was measured to characterize the core-shell composite emulsion. The effects of polymerization method, the amount of acrylic acid, the temperature of ammoniation on the emulsion and its hydrosol were investigated. The results showed that acrylic acid ester composite emulsion prepared by seed polymerization had good mechanical stability and high transparency after ammoniation. The amount of acrylic acid had a great influence on the properties of hydrosol. It is difficult to cure; the temperature of ammoniation also has a significant effect on the gelling. The rheological properties of the hydrosol were studied. The results showed that the viscosity of the hydrosol decreased with the increase of the shear rate. The water-soluble film obtained in this study has more excellent overall performance.
