对用根瘤农杆菌双质粒法导入烟草花叶病毒复制酶基因的转基因烟草后代的研究表明 :转基因烟草抗烟草花叶病毒和马铃薯X病毒 ,但感染马铃薯Y病毒 ,抗病毒的转基因烟草存在某种机制限制着病毒在植株内的转移 ,转烟草花叶病毒复制酶基因烟草植株内不产生该复制酶 ,其抗病毒的确切机制有待进一步研究。
