胃肠道减压吸引器,对于肠梗阻及胃肠道手术是不可缺少的装置,若无此种装置,轻则影响治疗及预后,重则危及生命。因此胃肠道减压吸引装置,在外科应用甚广。一般医院现用之万氏吸引装置(Wangensteens suction)(如图1)虽然很简单,但在应用方面甚属不便,因为瓶塞子须要经常拔来接去易于漏气。瓶子太小,时常须要换水,不胜其烦;瓶子太大,虽然可克服时常换水及拔接瓶塞子之不便,但容积很大,质量重,应用时很费力。我院以前是用两个10,000毫升之大瓶子,上面瓶子是以木架支持,因为很重,换水时需两人,若人力不足换水更是困
Gastrointestinal decompression aspirator, intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal surgery is indispensable device, without such devices, ranging from the impact of treatment and prognosis, weight is life-threatening. Therefore, gastrointestinal decompression suction device, widely used in surgery. Wangensteens suction (see Figure 1), which is used in general hospitals, is very simple in terms of application. It is inconvenient to use because bottle stoppers need to be unplugged frequently to be easily leaky. Bottle is too small, often need to change the water, overwhelmed; bottle is too large, although it can overcome the inconvenience of changing the water and pull the bottle stopper, but the volume is large, heavy weight, the application is very laborious. I used to use two large bottles of 10,000 ml in our hospital. The bottle above is supported by a wooden stand because it is heavy and requires two people to change the water.
