随着新时代的发展,高校中艺术生管理问题更加突出。尤其是近年来艺术生院校扩招以及学生选择艺术类方向的增多,使得对艺术类学生的教育管理成为全国高校学生教育管理工作中的一个共同问题。因为艺术生不同于普通高校学生的特殊性,决定了对艺术类学生教育管理不同于普通高校学生管理,有着其本身复杂的一面。针对艺术生特点及其形成原因,本文对艺术生管理问题进行刍探。
With the development of the new era, the management of art students in colleges and universities is even more prominent. Especially in recent years, the expansion of enrollment of art schools and the increasing selection of art students make the education and management of art students become a common problem in the management of college students’ education in China. Because art students are different from ordinary students in colleges and universities, it determines that the educational management of art students is different from the management of ordinary college students and has its own complicated side. In view of the characteristics of art students and the reasons for their formation, this article discusses art management issues.
