推动企业自主创新是我们所面临的迫切任务,从微观层次上,深入分析和研究是何种因素引发了组织内的创新行为,何种机制有助于提升企业的创新能力具有十分重要的意义。本文从组织行为角度出发,针对以上主题,对国内和国外组织创新影响要素的相关研究进行综述,并分析了国内组织创新相关研究的不足和下一步努力的方向。
To promote independent innovation of enterprises is an urgent task facing us. At the micro level, it is of great significance to analyze and study in depth what kinds of factors trigger innovation activities in an organization and what mechanism can help to enhance a company’s innovation ability. Based on the above topics, this paper reviews the related research on the influential factors of organizational innovation both in China and abroad, and analyzes the shortcomings of domestic research on organizational innovation and the direction of the next step.
