教师在教学活动中,经常会遇到一些学困生,他们不仅不爱学习,而且不遵守教学纪律,不但给老师带来了很多难题,也影响了其他同学的学习。尤其对那些到了初三马上要进行中考的学生,他们连最基本的基础知识都不懂,这些现象的存在不得不让我们进行思考:该如何更好地对待学困生。笔者认为,学困生的出现不单单是学生自身的问题,更重要的是教师和学校没有发挥应有的作用。因此,教师应树立正确的人才观和教育观,意识到培养一个优等生与改变一个学困生同等重要,以师爱感化学困生,让他们向着好的方向转变。
In teaching activities, teachers often encounter some students who are poor students. They not only do not like learning, but also do not follow the teaching discipline. They not only bring many problems to the teachers, but also affect the learning of other students. Especially for those students who have to take the exam in the first three days of the exam, they do not even understand the most basic basic knowledge. The existence of these phenomena has forced us to think about how to treat the poor students better. The author believes that the emergence of students with learning difficulties is not only a matter of their own. More importantly, teachers and schools do not play their due role. Therefore, teachers should establish a correct view of human resources and education, and realize that training a top-class student is as important as changing a poor student, treating them as mentally-challenged and letting them change in a good direction.
