偏头痛平均发病率5～10%,治疗方法多不甚满意,我们用利多卡因静脉注射治疗偏头痛45例,效果较好,特介绍如下:方法我们利用陕西宝鸡生产的双道直接式血流图仪,分别测定左右额—乳突及枕—乳突导联。在病人头痛发作时描记脑血流图。此时脑血流图均呈脑血管扩张图形。随即按每公斤体重0.7mg 利多卡因静脉注射,3分钟推完。注射完后立即描记脑血流图,并测血压、数脉搏。
