目的 :研究姜黄素对糖尿病 (DM)大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 :2 4只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、DM大鼠组和姜黄素治疗组 ,观察治疗后血糖、体重、尿白蛋白排泄量及病理的变化 ,6周后用Westernblot的方法检测各组肾组织中结缔组织生长因子 (CTGF)表达水平。结果 :DM大鼠组较正常对照组尿白蛋白排泄率、肌酐清除率明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,CTGF在肾组织中的表达显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,肾脏病理变化显著 ;而姜黄素治疗组上述指标较DM大鼠组显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,CTGF在肾组织中的表达显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,肾脏病理变化明显改善。结论 :早期应用姜黄素对DM大鼠的肾脏有保护作用 ,可能与其抑制CTGF在肾组织中的表达有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect of curcumin on the kidneys of diabetic rats. METHODS: Twenty-four SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, DM rats group and curcumin treatment group. Blood glucose, body weight, urinary albumin excretion and pathological changes after treatment were observed. Western blot was used after 6 weeks. The expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in the renal tissues of each group was examined. Results: The urinary albumin excretion rate and creatinine clearance rate in DM rats group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P < 0.01). The expression of CTGF in renal tissue was significantly increased (P < 0.01). Renal pathology The changes were significant, while the above parameters in the curcumin treatment group were significantly lower than those in the DM rats group (P < 0.01). The expression of CTGF in the renal tissue was significantly reduced (P <0.01), and the pathological changes of the kidney were significantly improved. Conclusion : The early application of curcumin can protect the kidney of DM rats, which may be related to its inhibition of the expression of CTGF in renal tissue.
