按照国务院和国家信息化领导小组的总体要求,南京市委、市政府对电子政务建设提出了明确的建设任务,近期主要实施了以下六项重点工程。 市政务网正式开通 政务网是南京市电子政务的信息基础设施,它实现了130个部门和单位的宽带联接,实现公文传输、公文运转、业务协同处理、信息资源服务与管理、多媒体电子邮件、政务信息数据库、桌面视频会议、视频点播、网络——手机的双向短消息呼叫等网络功能。
