患者,王玉兰,41岁,于1978年产后6个月第一次经净后,宫腔放置金属避孕环一枚。放环时、放环后无任何痛苦.放环后第3个月及第3年先后因早孕人流二次,自认为节育环脱落。近三年来进行性腰骶部疼痛并向左大腿放射.1990年2月住外科,按腰肌劳损治疗40余天。住院期间 X 光拍片发现盆腔内有一枚节育环,8月17日转我科,取环失败。宫腔定位 X 光正侧位片,发现节育环位于
