本文以大型高温工业炉为实例,对炉体结构传热的物理模型和计算方法进行了深入研究.据此,提出了一种高温工业炉用新型隔热技术和材料热设计的优化方法.经工程实施验证,设计值与实测值相吻合,并取得了十分明显的节能效益.
In this paper, a large-scale high-temperature industrial furnace as an example, the physical model of the furnace heat transfer and calculation methods were studied in depth. Accordingly, a new thermal insulation technology for high temperature industrial furnaces and an optimization method of material thermal design are proposed. The project implementation verification, the design value and the measured value coincide, and has made the very obvious energy-saving benefit.
