目的探讨外伤性白内障后囊破损能否植入后房型人工晶状体。方法对34例晶状体后囊破裂外伤性白内障，利用残余后、前囊为依托行后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果随访3～17月。34例均未出现明显的并发症，矫正视力≥0．5者28眼占82％，0．1～0．45眼占14.7％，0．051眼。经用Purkinje法检测，其偏心、倾斜与常规手术无明显差别。结论外伤性白内障后囊破损后可以植入后房人工晶状体。
Objective To investigate whether posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation can be implanted in traumatic cataract. Methods 34 cases of posterior capsule rupture traumatic cataract, the use of residual, anterior capsule based on posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. The results were followed up from 3 to 17 months. All the 34 cases showed no obvious complication. The corrected visual acuity was 0.5 or more in 28 eyes (82%), 0.1-0.45 eyes (14.7% and 0.051 eyes). By Purkinje method test, the eccentric, tilt and no significant difference between conventional surgery. Conclusion Traumatic cataract posterior capsule can be implanted into posterior chamber intraocular lens.
