对人正常前列腺和良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织进行细胞酶学观察,目的是探讨BPH 组织细胞的功能状态。结果腺细胞ACP和LNase 活性减弱;基质中的细胞ACP、5’Nase、SDH 活性和PAS反应增强,而βGase 活性减弱。说明BPH 形成过程中基质中的细胞的增生起主要作用。
Human normal prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) tissue enzymatic cell observation, the purpose is to explore the functional status of BPH tissue cells. Results The activity of ACP and LNase in gland cells decreased. The activities of ACP, 5’Nase, SDH and PAS in cells increased, while the activity of βGase decreased. This indicates that the proliferation of cells in the stroma plays a major role in the formation of BPH.
