报告对12例CHF患者以超声法和热稀释法分别测定CO及EF,并进行比较。结果表明,M超测定的CO与热稀释法所测结果无显著相关;用PD-UCG于主动脉瓣环和主肺动脉处所测得的CO及M超所测EF与热稀释法的结果相关良好。说明在CHF时,M超测定的CO不可靠,但该方法所测定的EF及PD-UCG所测定的CO均能较好地反映CHF患者的心功能情况。
The report of 12 cases of CHF patients by ultrasound and thermal dilution method were measured CO and EF, and compared. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between CO measured by M-mode and thermo-dilution method. EF measured by CO and M detected by PD-UCG at the aortic annulus and the main pulmonary artery correlated with the results of thermal dilution good. This shows that the CO detected by M-mode is unreliable at CHF, but the CO measured by this method and the CO detected by PD-UCG can well reflect the cardiac function of patients with CHF.
