近几年“组织包埋机”、“生物组织切片自动染色机”等相继在我国问世。但由于某些关键问题没有解决,使某些仪器尚难广泛用于常规工作。如在HE染色过程中,苏木素染色后酸酒精分化,是保证核染色质颗粒清晰,HE对比鲜艳的关键。对于经验较少者来说,徒手操作尚有困难,用于机械化、自动化则更难控制。为此,我们在这方面做了一些探索,根据天青石蓝B对核染色的性能,改良了原配方,配制了一种适用于各种组织染色,既不需分化,也不会过染的核染色液。现介绍如下:
