东亚的经济总量、进出口额、外汇储备额、国际直接投资存量等在全球中占有重要的地位,对全球经济发展的贡献也越来越大。然而,东亚在全球经济治理中的话语权、规则制定权等与其在全球经济中的地位极不匹配,呈现出严重的背离或扭曲状态。因此,深度解析这种背离或扭曲的原因,并采取有效的对策措施加以校正,不但有利于提高东亚在全球经济治理中的地位,而且有利于全球经济治理向着公平、合理、高效的方向发展。
East Asia’s economic output, import and export volume, foreign exchange reserves and the stock of international direct investment occupy an important position in the world and its contribution to the global economic development is also growing. However, East Asia’s right to speak in the global economic governance, rules-making power, etc. do not closely match its position in the global economy and present a serious deviation or distortion. Therefore, a deep analysis of the reasons for such departure or distortion and the adoption of effective countermeasures to correct them will not only help improve the status of East Asia in global economic governance, but also help the development of global economic governance in a fair, reasonable and efficient direction.
