目的探讨并分析儿童乙肝疫苗接种中PDCA管理模式的应用与价值。方法选取2011年1月—2013年7月在甘肃省静宁县接受体检的儿童及其监护人400人为研究对象,依据抽签法随机分成对照组和研究组,每组各200人,对照组行常规乙肝疫苗接种管理,研究组在上述管理干预的基础上,同时实施PDAC管理模式。结果研究组接种儿童监护人乙型肝炎防控知识评分(t=22.32)、对服务的满意率(χ2=30.81)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),儿童成功接种率均明显高于对照组,两组间上述3项指标差异均有统计学意义(χ2=20.63,P<0.05);研究组接种后精力、疼痛、情绪反应、睡眠状态、躯体活动等生命质量测定量表指标功能均显著提升,总指数(0.94±0.17)明显优于接种前(0.85±0.15),差异具有统计学意义(t=5.61,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA管理模式应用于儿童乙肝疫苗接种环节中,接种儿童监护人对乙型肝炎防控的认识程度明显提高,在一定程度上能有效消除接种对象的疑惧心理,增加接种成功率,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the application and value of PDCA management in childhood hepatitis B vaccination. Methods From January 2011 to July 2013 in Jingning County, Gansu Province, 400 children admitted to physical examination and their guardians as the research object, randomly divided into control group and study group according to the lottery method, each group of 200 people, the control group received routine hepatitis B Vaccination management, the research team in the above management intervention based on the simultaneous implementation of the PDAC management model. Results The satisfaction rate (χ2 = 30.81) of serving children guardians with hepatitis B prevention and control score (t = 22.32) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the successful vaccination rate of children was significantly higher than that of the control group (Χ2 = 20.63, P <0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in the indicators of energy, pain, emotional response, sleep status and physical activity (0.94 ± 0.17) was significantly better than that before inoculation (0.85 ± 0.15), the difference was statistically significant (t = 5.61, P <0.05). Conclusions The PDCA management model is applied to the Hepatitis B vaccination session in children. The awareness of prevention and control of hepatitis B in guardians of vaccinated children is obviously improved. To a certain extent, it can effectively eliminate the suspicion of vaccination subjects and increase the success rate of vaccination, which deserves to be popularized.
