新《安全生产法》的实施给企业生产经营带来了一定压力,加之管道企业易燃易爆场所多、管道战线长的特点决定了储运生产的高风险性。随着管道企业的蓬勃发展,建设项目、设备检维修大都由承包商承担,承包商的业绩、安全管理水平直接影响企业的安全生产形势,本文将就如何加强承包商安全管理提出几点思路。
The implementation of the new “Production Safety Law” has brought some pressure on the production and operation of enterprises. In addition, there are many flammable and explosive places in pipeline enterprises, and the characteristics of long pipeline battlemeny determine the high risk of production and transportation. With the vigorous development of pipeline enterprises, construction projects and equipment inspection and maintenance are mostly undertaken by contractors. Performance and safety management of contractors have a direct impact on the work safety situation of enterprises. This article will put forward some ideas on how to enhance safety management of contractors.
