HLA呈显性遗伟,大多数抗原的频率低于15%,计算父权的可能性达95%以上。每个人从母亲得到一条带有HLA基因复合物的第6号染色体,从父亲得到另一条,因此每个人带有两条HAL单体型。父母和孩子之间总是共有一条单体型。现报告一例我们中心实验实在350例条子鉴定中特殊的一例。
HLA was dominant, most of the antigen frequency less than 15%, the possibility of calculating paternity of more than 95%. Everyone gets a chromosome 6 with a HLA gene complex from his mother and another from his father, so each person carries two HAL haplotypes. There is always a monomorph between parents and children. Now report a case of our center of the experiment is a special case of identification of 350 cases.
