青岛职业技术学院应用化工技术专业自2011年开始实施单招工作,笔者通过跟踪回访2011~2013年三届学生的就业状况,初步掌握单招生源特点,文章主要通过分析原因,提出加强高职单招学生管理及就业指导的对策,尝试在推进单招生培养方面进行探索。
