由于受到了传统管理体制的影响,高校的后勤财务管理工作存在着很多问题,诸如体制方面、思想观念方面、目的方面以及主客体不明确等等。在市场经济条件下,高校的后勤财务管理工作需要进行改革,特别是在专业化方面需要调整,本文根据当前的高校的后勤财务管理工作的实际情况,对高校的后勤财务管理工作的改革措施进行重点讨论,旨在为以后的高校的后勤财务管理工作模式提供借鉴方法。
