1945年8月15日中午12时,日本天皇通过广播向全国宣布日本无条件投降。这是一起引发全球震动的巨大事件。 中国人民8年抗战取得了伟大胜利,台湾人民50年的殖民地苦难生活从此终结。这个广播也说明台湾人民已从殖民奴隶一下转变为战胜国国民,殖民地台湾一下重新回到祖国母亲温暖的怀抱里来。这是多么令人激动和兴奋的大事啊！ 50年来日日夜夜盼望“出头天”、“当家做主”的日子终于来临、终于实现了。 台湾人狂舞大喜、欢声不止。鞭炮声震响全岛。有的家庭张灯结彩,有的家庭烧香、祭祖。不知何时,那些舞龙舞狮的锣鼓声早已响彻街头巷尾。人们也都把最心爱的漂亮衣服穿在身上走门串户,互诉祖国胜利的衷情,期待着祖国母亲派出的亲人早日到来。
