本文通过对演奏者在钢琴演奏中常见的怯场心理进行主客观分析,得到克服怯场心理的方法,从而探讨钢琴演奏中一种健康良好的心理状态。本文的第一部分主要介绍钢琴演奏中怯场心理的成因;第二部分分别从作品准备阶段、临场阶段和演奏阶段介绍克服怯场心理的方法;第三部分介绍如何提高演奏心理素质。
Through the subjective and objective analysis of the fright psychology common to performers in piano performance, this article tries to find out a way to overcome the fright of stage fright, and then to explore a healthy mental state in piano performance. The first part of this article mainly introduces the causes of the stage fright psychology in the piano performance. The second part introduces the methods of overcoming the fright psychology from the stage of preparation, the on-the-spot stage and the performance stage respectively. The third part introduces how to improve the psychological quality of playing.
