工业和信息化部软件司副司长陈英日前在此间举行的“2013移动开发者大会”上表示,经过多年的持续技术积累,我国IT技术水平已经大幅度提升,目前在移动互联网时代,我国已经初步具备了与发达国家同台竞争的能力。陈英介绍说,我国拥有全球用户规模最大的市场和最具特色的用户需求。截至今年三季度,移动互联网规模已经达到8.2亿户,结合本地化的特色需求,必然为我国产业发展创造巨大的发展空间。
