主持人:我是在青海工作的河南籍农民工,已经参加了工伤保险。我2014年10月遭受工伤伤害,同年12月被认定为工伤,2015年3月被鉴定为9级伤残。至2015年5月底仍未发放一次性伤残补助金等各项待遇。本人现提出与用人单位解除劳动合同,社保机构尚未支付一次性工伤医疗补助金,用人单位也拖着不给一次性伤残就业补助金。我向相关机构询问时,答复称待遇正在审批
Moderator: I work in Qinghai, Henan migrant workers, has participated in work injury insurance.
