为准确测量电站管道煤粉流量,设计了一种基于文丘里(V en turi)法的煤粉流量计。首先采用气固两相流数值模拟的方法,研究不同管型参数对文丘里法测量管道煤粉流量的影响,发现管型参数是影响稀相气固两相流测量结果的关键因素,并由此提出了文丘里管型设计的优化原则。然后从提高测量精度和保证测量稳定性2方面出发,对文丘里流量计进行了设计优化,获得了3种文丘里管的管型参数,可为管道煤粉流量测量的试验研究提供参考。
In order to accurately measure pulverized coal flow in power station, a pulverized coal flowmeter based on the V en turi method was designed. Firstly, the numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow was used to study the influence of different tube parameters on the pulverized coal flow measured by Venturi method. It is found that the tube parameters are the key factors that affect the measurement results of dilute phase gas-solid two phase flow This presents the optimization principle of Venturi tube design. Then from the aspects of improving the measurement accuracy and ensuring the measurement stability, the Venturi flowmeter was designed and optimized, and the tube parameters of three kinds of Venturi tubes were obtained. It can provide a reference for the experimental research on pulverized coal flow measurement.
