随着我国教育事业的发展和法律的完善,少数民族法学教育受到新疆高校的普遍关注。鉴于我国在教育事业上与德国、美国等国家存在一定的差异,新疆高校少数民族法学教育十分注重借鉴德国和美国的法学教育经验,以促进新疆高校少数民族法学教育。本文从新疆高校少数民族法学教育现状入手,着重比较了中、德、美三国的法学教育,提出了中国新疆高校少数民族法学教育中存在的问题,并探索了新疆高校少数民族法学教育的策略,以为新疆高校少数民族法学教育的发展提供科学依据。
With the development of education in our country and the perfection of law, the law education of minority nationalities has been generally concerned by universities in Xinjiang. In view of the difference in educational undertakings between China and Germany and the United States, the legal education for minority nationalities in colleges and universities in Xinjiang pays great attention to drawing lessons from the experience of legal education in Germany and the United States to promote the legal education for ethnic minorities in universities and colleges in Xinjiang. This article starts from the status quo of legal education for minority nationalities in universities in Xinjiang, emphasizes the legal education in China, Germany and the United States, puts forward the problems in the legal education for minority nationalities in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, and probes into the strategies of legal education for minority nationalities in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, It provides a scientific basis for the development of minority law education in Xinjiang colleges and universities.
