本文通过对GS－30CrMoV64VⅡ与16Mn钢异种金属的焊接性分析，确定了可行的焊接方法和焊接材料．在理论计算的基础上，最后由试验确定了能获得满意综合力学性能的实用工艺．
In this paper, GS-30CrMoV64V Ⅱ and 16Mn steel dissimilar metals weldability analysis to determine the feasible welding methods and welding materials. Based on the theoretical calculation, the practical process of obtaining satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties is finally confirmed by experiments.
