职业经理人是人才市场最具活力与前景的阶层。经理人的职业化也是目前中国企业迫切需要思考和解决的问题。目前中国职业经理人的数量少、质量不高,相对于中国企业的市场化和国际化的发展而言,中国职业经理人队伍远未形成。本文对阻碍和束缚中国职业经理人成长和发展的产权制度、管理机制和市场机制等主要因素进行分析,寻找问题的根源,以便帮助中国职业经理人的不断成长并发展壮大,尽快建设一支适应世界经济一体化的真正意义上的职业经理人队伍。
Professional managers are the most dynamic and promising people in the talent market. Professionalization of managers is also an issue that Chinese enterprises urgently need to think about and solve. At present, the number of professional managers in China is low and their quality is not high. Compared with the marketization and internationalization of Chinese enterprises, the team of professional managers in China is far from being formed.
